What it feels like
Your mind lives in the open air. Give it a big question about life, faith or another culture and it gallops off happily for hours. Details can feel like fences, and you would rather leap them than count the posts. Your stories grow a little with each telling, never out of dishonesty, simply because the truth deserved a better soundtrack.
Honesty is your native tongue, sometimes to a fault. Exactly what you think comes out, often with such good humour that everyone forgives the bluntness. Learning thrills you when it opens a door to somewhere new, a language, a road trip, a book that changes your mind. Lectures that never leave the classroom tend to lose you halfway through.
Vision. You can see where an idea leads and get everyone excited enough to follow it there.
Tactless truths and loose facts. A quick check of the details keeps your big picture trustworthy.
You flirt through adventure, philosophy and laughter. A partner who will argue about the meaning of life on a long drive is your dream.
Teaching, publishing, travel, coaching and anything with a mission or a horizon suit you. Narrow, repetitive tasks make you restless.
How Mercury works
Your Mercury sign describes the way your mind moves, from how you think and learn to how you talk, joke and listen. It sets the speed of your thoughts and the flavour of your words. The house it sits in then shows where that busy mind likes to spend its time.
