It is about you, and it shows its working
Every paragraph Hali writes names the placements it comes from. Your Moon in its sign and house, the square between two planets, the year your chart is in right now. A paragraph that cannot point to something in your chart is sent back and written again.
So when a line lands, you can see why. And when one doesn’t, you can see that too, and tell us. Two people with the same Sun sign get two different readings from Hali, because they were born under two different skies.
The sky is exact
Your chart starts from the real positions of the planets at the minute you were born, with your birth town’s own clock history, daylight saving and all. Before any change to the engine goes live, it has to reproduce 20 charts that were checked independently, to within these margins.

Nothing is guessed
If you don’t know your birth time, Hali tells you what that leaves out, and leaves it out. No invented Rising sign, no houses that might be wrong, and the Moon marked as approximate, since it can move nearly half a sign in a day.
No fear, ever
Hali writes about tendencies, never verdicts. It will never tell you something bad is coming, and it never makes predictions about health, money, pregnancy or legal trouble. The hard parts of your chart are named honestly, and so is what they have built in you.

Hali’s chart is calculated by our own engine. The readings are written by an AI model that works only from the facts that engine calculates for you, follows our voice rules and cites your chart paragraph by paragraph. It also has a long list of words it is not allowed to use. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

How accurate is Hali?
Every change to Hali's engine has to reproduce a set of independently checked charts, from Astro.com, TimePassages and a separate calculation with NASA JPL's DE421 ephemeris, within one arcminute for the planets, two for the Moon, three for the Rising sign and Midheaven and five for the house cusps. Signs, houses and aspects have to match exactly.
