What Hali is
Hali is a birth chart calculator and reading platform. It provides astrological interpretations based on the positions of celestial bodies at the time and place of your birth.

Accuracy of calculations
Hali calculates planetary positions using the Swiss Ephemeris, derived from NASA JPL data. While we strive for precision, the accuracy of your chart depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. Hali is not responsible for readings generated from incorrect birth details.
User accounts and data
You are responsible for providing accurate birth information and maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your data at any time through your account settings.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service to harm, harass or mislead others. You may not scrape, reproduce or redistribute Hali's content without written permission. You may not use Hali's readings to make medical diagnoses or provide professional advice to others.
Intellectual property
All content on Hali, including reading text, articles, guides and design elements, is owned by Hali or its licensors. Your birth chart data belongs to you. The interpretive text generated for your reading is licensed to you for personal use.
Limitation of liability
Hali is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hali and its team shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological readings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
